Our galvanized steels are available in a wide range of grades, offering excellent formability, high-strength options, and various coating weights to meet different application requirements.

Galvanized steel is produced through a continuous process of cleaning, annealing, and zinc coating on both sides of the steel strip. Galvannealed steel undergoes an additional heat treatment after zinc coating, forming a zinc-iron alloy layer that enhances paint adhesion and improves weldability.

Spangle formation is minimized through alloying elements in the zinc bath, resulting in a smoother and more uniform surface finish. Temper rolling further improves surface quality, mechanical performance, and surface-roughness control. To protect the zinc layer from oxidation or white rust, the surface is treated with oil or chemical passivation.
