Galvalume Coil
Our galvalume steel coils are available in a variety of grades, coating weights, and strength levels, offering excellent corrosion resistance and long-term durability.
Galvalume steel coil is produced through a continuous hot-dip coating process in which steel is coated with an aluminum-zinc-silicon alloy (typically 55% aluminum, 43.5% zinc, and 1.5% silicon). This unique coating combines the barrier protection of aluminum with the sacrificial protection of zinc, resulting in superior performance compared to conventional galvanized steel, especially in harsh environments.
Galvalume steel coils also offer good formability and surface quality, making them suitable for both structural and exposed architectural applications. They are widely used in roofing, wall panels, construction systems, and industrial applications where long service life and low maintenance are essential.
